About the Brand

HEV Butters is a nurse-owned, woman-owned body care brand created from my lifelong love of skincare and fragrance—and a need for products that worked for my family’s dry, eczema-prone skin.

My love for beauty started early. I remember falling in love with my mom’s Charlie perfume and getting my first body splash and Lip Smackers lip balm around eight years old. By high school, I was even an Avon lady! Fragrance and body care have always been a little piece of who I am.

Years later, as a registered nurse, wife, and mom of three girls, I began making products for myself and my daughters. I wanted rich, moisturizing body care for dry skin that felt good to use while still smelling amazing—fragrances versatile enough to wear to work, at home, or going out.

That became HEV Butters.

Today, we create handcrafted whipped body butters, body oils, sugar scrubs, and body fragrances designed to make everyday body care feel a little more special. Our scent collection ranges from sweet and gourmand to clean, warm, woodsy, and unisex, with fragrance-free body care options for those who prefer to keep things simple.

Every product is created with real life in mind: deep moisture, memorable fragrance, and body care everyone can enjoy.

When are orders containing body butter shipped?
Orders containing Whipped Body Butter ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This helps minimize the amount of time your butter spends sitting in carrier facilities or in transit over weekends and holidays, particularly during warmer weather.

How does the refill program work?
Return your eligible HEV Butters jar and receive a 20% off refill code for the same scent.
Who is eligible?
At this time, the jar refill program is available to local customers only.
How should I prepare my jar for return?
To qualify:
- Jar must be washed thoroughly with mild soap and water
- Jar must be completely dry
- No cracks or chips in the glass
- Lid must not be cracked, warped, or damaged
We reserve the right to decline jars that do not meet safety standards.
What happens after I return my jar?
All returned jars will be professionally sanitized and refilled by our manufacturer to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your jar has been received.
Does the refill have to be the same scent?
Yes. Refills must be for the same original scent as the returned jar.
Is there a limit on refills?
- Each jar may be refilled up to 3 times total
- Maximum of 2 refills per order

Our Whipped Body Butter is formulated to have a soft, luxurious texture. Because it is made without synthetic stabilizers to keep it solid in high temperatures, melting can occur during warm-weather shipping.
If your butter arrives melted or softened, place it in a cool, dry area and allow it to re-solidify before use. Melting may change the whipped texture or appearance of the product, but it does not affect its moisturizing properties or effectiveness.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that body butter will remain solid during transit, especially during periods of high temperatures.
Don’t worry—your product is still there! Our body butter is whipped during production, which incorporates air and creates its signature light, fluffy texture.

If the butter is exposed to heat during shipping, it may melt and lose some of that whipped volume. Once melted, the product settles more densely in the jar, which can make the jar appear less full even though the amount of product has not changed.

Each jar is filled based on the net weight indicated on the label, not by how full the jar appears. Melting may change the texture, volume, or appearance of your butter, but it does not reduce the amount of product you received or affect its moisturizing benefits.
