Please Note: Our whipped body butter is made to be soft and luxurious. Because it’s 100% natural, it may melt if exposed to heat—that’s completely normal and doesn’t affect its quality. If your butter melts, simply place it in a cool, dry spot and it will firm back up.

Return your eligible HEV Butters jar and receive a 20% off refill code for the same scent.

At this time, the jar refill program is available to local customers only.
How should I prepare my jar for return?
To qualify:
Jar must be washed thoroughly with mild soap and water
Jar must be completely dry
No cracks or chips in the glass
Lid must not be cracked, warped, or damaged
We reserve the right to decline jars that do not meet safety standards.
What happens after I return my jar?
All returned jars will be professionally sanitized and refilled by our manufacturer to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your jar has been received.
Does the refill have to be the same scent?
Yes. Refills must be for the same original scent as the returned jar.
Is there a limit on refills?
Each jar may be refilled up to 3 times total
